UNDERTAKING BY THIRD PARTY

1. I confirm that I am not a party to the Loan Agreement.
2. I am voluntarily making payment towards the borrower's loan account with the borrower's full knowledge and consent, including OTP/payment authorisation shared by the borrower.
3. The payment made by me shall be treated as valid repayment of the borrower's loan dues.
4. I shall have no right, claim, or refund against AAPL in respect of such payment.
5. The AAPL shall not be liable for any dispute between me and the borrower.
6. This undertaking is given voluntarily and with full understanding.
